DIRECTV's Lead Advertising & Creative Services Manager is responsible for managing the execution of direct marketing campaigns in support of acquisition and winback efforts.
The role works with internal and external partners to facilitate strategy formulation, creative asset development, tactical execution, and generation of marketing performance insights to drive future campaign optimization.
Here's what you'll do:
Lead the end-to-end execution of acquisition and winback direct marketing campaigns for online and offline tactics.
Work with DIRECTV's creative agency, the Integrated Marketing Execution Team, and other key stakeholders to develop best-in-class, audience centric creative assets.
Work with business owners and DIRECTV's media agency to develop tactical plans aligned to business goals.
Optimize direct marketing campaigns using campaign results, test and learn observations, and other objective data points.
Collaborate with the Media team, Martech, Operations, and other internal partners to complete cross-functional projects relevant to direct marketing campaign success.
Maintain shared campaign/project documentation.
As business needs continue to evolve, additional responsibilities may be assigned.
What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
5 - 7 years of direct marketing experience, preferably within the entertainment, television, telecommunications, or tech industries.
3
years of email marketing experience, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
Proven experience in all aspects of executing marketing campaigns including strategy development, planning, creative development, tactical execution, campaign performance assessment, etc.
Robust experience working with creative and media agencies, including developing project briefs, establishing timelines, and coordinating between partners as needed.
The ability to interpret campaign KPIs and develop insights and action plans for future campaign optimization/improvement.
Keen understanding of UX as it relates to omnichannel marketing strategy.
Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to oversee several concurrent campaigns and fulfill deliverables within agreed upon timelines.
Strong knowledge of digital and print asset production.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Proven listening skills and collaborative working style.
This role requires a minimum, but is not limited to, approximately 10% travel.
This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
