, in Physical Therapist Assistant that the APTA recognizesPTA holds a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in-state as applicable
Responsibilities:
Physical Therapist Assistant provides comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelinesAssist PT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordinglyDocument patient's progress on weekly progress note in an accurate and timely fashion, and obtain the co-signature of the PTEnsure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications and dischargesPhysical Therapist Assistant completes all required documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelinesPay Range:
